Reporting Maintenance
We have changed the way we want you to report maintenance.
You will need a login in order to access your Client Login Area. Please ask us to set you up.
You will receive an email with the subject line ‘Your Login Access’ from one of our members of staff. If you haven’t got it then please ask them to resend to you. You need to click on the link within 48 hours of it arriving.
Getting Access to the Client Login Area
Click on the link in the email to ‘Activate Account’. You will also be given a separate link in this email to login to the Client Login Area in the future.
When you click first activate the account you will need to choose a password. The username will written in the email.
Reporting Maintenance In Your Client Login Area
Once logged in. Click ‘Maintenance’ on the grey left hand menu.
In the bottom right corner of the screen. Click the green CREATE MAINTENANCE JOB button
Now add as much information as possible about the issue you are reporting. Please add photographs too. This will result in the issue being resolved much quicker. Once you have completed this click the green CREATE JOB button.
You will now be able to see the status of all the maintenance jobs that have been created.
Contact Us Via Client Area
You can also send us an email through the Client Login Area. Click on the SEND MESSAGE option in the left hand menu.
You are now given an email template to fill in. Once completed click the SEND MESSAGE

You can still report maintenance by calling us in office hours on 01803 525100 or by emailing Report@ridgewater.co.uk. You can also write to us at 1 Manor Corner, Manor Road, Preston, Paignton TQ3 2JB

Filing Cabinet
You might be wondering what the Filing Cabinet contains. Here we can put useful documents for you. We are still working on this. If you would like something added such as a copy of your tenancy agreement then please let us know.
At the moment you are likely to see a copy of your Gas Safety Certificate (if you have gas at the property), Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) and Energy Performance Certificate.
